warp.config.deterministic_max_records: int = 0

Default per-target, per-thread record bound for deterministic atomics.

The default 0 uses the code-generated lower bound. Increase this before module creation/import when kernels have data-dependent loops or repeated visits to the same atomic site that static analysis cannot bound.

Modules can override this by setting the "deterministic_max_records" module option.
