   Return the current number of elements in a tile stack.
   
   May be called by one thread or from divergent control flow. The value is uniform
   across the block and always lies in ``[0, capacity]``. Call it only after every
   thread has completed the same preceding push, pop, or clear.
   
   :param s: The tile stack, from :func:`~warp.tile_stack`
   
   :returns: The current number of elements in the stack.
