Support

The NVIDIA AI Factory Operations Agent orchestration framework is available as open source software today. It is currently experimental. APIs, configuration, and deployment requirements may change between releases. NVIDIA customers can contact their account manager to request access to NVIDIA-developed agents.

Use GitHub issues for installation problems, reproducible bugs, documentation problems, and feature requests, and make sure to include the AI Factory Operations Agent chart version, Kubernetes version, enabled modules, and sanitized logs. Support is provided on a best-effort basis, with no guaranteed response time.

Do not report security vulnerabilities through GitHub. Follow SECURITY.md for private disclosure.
