MkDocs Material Migration

Earth2Studio documentation is being refreshed with a MkDocs Material site, clearer install guidance, a stronger landing page, and room for targeted product and engineering updates.

To help improve the documentation and overall user experience for Earth2Studio, we are giving the docs pages a broader upgrade. This includes migrating to MkDocs Material for Markdown-centric documentation that is easier for developers and agents to read, edit, and extend, with Zensical powering the backend build.

The refresh also gives us room to expand the docs site with targeted blog posts and communications, clearer install methods, a more useful landing page, and other improvements that make Earth2Studio easier to learn and use.

Thanks for your patience during the transition, and apologies for any inconvenience while the docs are being refreshed. The historical docs will continue to exist on the gh-pages branch for reference; the built HTML can be cloned and viewed from there whenever needed.
