Setup the NVLink NVLE encryption key.

This API sets the NVLE encryption key between GPUs with the given ALIDs.

Parameters:

device (intptr_t) – The identifier of the target device.
encryption_key (intptr_t) – Reference to nvmlNvlinkSetupNvleEncryptionKey_v1_t struct.
