Get Conf Computing System Settings, version 2.

Returns everything nvmlSystemGetConfComputeSettings reports, plus the TDISP state of the GPUs in tdispState. All GPUs, and therefore all TDIs, are expected to be in the same state. If they are not, the system level state is ambiguous and NVML_ERROR_UNKNOWN is returned. For Hopper ™️ or newer fully supported devices. Supported on Linux, Windows TCC.
