Return a graph memory attribute of a device, in bytes.

Parameters:

device (int) – Device ordinal.
attr (int) – A GraphMemAttribute value (USED_MEM_CURRENT, USED_MEM_HIGH, RESERVED_MEM_CURRENT or RESERVED_MEM_HIGH).
